If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a corporation or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms. In the event that you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree with these terms, you must not use our services.
2. Scope of Services
Morse Mangini provides strategic consultancy, process analysis, and professional advisory services for SMEs. All deliverables, including reports, methodologies, and work plans, are intended for the exclusive use of the contracting client.
- Direct legal or financial representation in litigation.
- Implementation of operational changes without explicit contract amendments.
- Guaranteed market outcomes or financial returns.
3. Professional Conduct
We maintain the highest standards of methodological rigor, ensuring that every intervention is based on a real business diagnosis and verifiable criteria before delivery.
Clients are required to provide accurate, timely, and complete information necessary for the execution of the agreed-upon consultancy phase.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Morse Mangini shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our services, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our aggregate liability for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client during the twelve-month period preceding the event giving rise to such liability.
Privacy Framework: Data Collection
Our data philosophy is built on the principle of minimal footprint. We collect only the information strictly necessary to facilitate consultancy and maintain professional communication channels.
Security Protocol
All client data is protected using AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 for data in transit. Access to sensitive information is restricted through role-based access control (RBAC) and multi-factor authentication.
We conduct regular security audits to ensure the integrity of our systems. In the event of a data breach, affected clients will be notified within 72 hours in compliance with applicable data protection regulations.
